Traditional vinification with temperature control to keep the freshness
of the aromas. Carefully daily pumping overs to extract the maximum
of colour while preserving the tannins softness.
TASTING NOTES
A beautiful red colour with violet tints. The nose with blackcurrant
perfume blends with woody notes. The attack is fresh and fruity. This
structured and balanced wine is full of tannins, with morello and
liquorice notes on the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Recommended at 62-63 degrees. Ideal with lamb or roasted poultry.
