Made from Pinot Noir (55%) grown in Aÿ and Chardonnay (45%) from the famous Côtes des Blancs this great wine has aged for3 years in centuries-old cellars dug deep into the limestone.

Its intense and gleaming salmon-pink color is adorned with warm copper-colored reflections. Its effervescence is fine and persistent.

The wine reveals a great aromatic softness characterized by fruity and gourmet notes. Discreet floral hints of rose and hawthorn brings complexity to this very pleasant bouquet.
